Can I bring food or beverages into the Festival?
Guests are not permitted to bring food or beverages into the Festival.
Can I exit and re-enter the Festival later in the day?
Yes. The Powell Festival is FREE!
Is the Festival wheelchair accessible ?
Yes, the The Powell Festival is wheelchair accessible. Just keep in mind that the The Powell Festival is held on park grounds (Village Green Park), so there is some grassy terrain, but the Festival is accessible via sidewalks, streets and there are plenty of curb-cuts.
What should I do in the event of an emergency if I am on The Powell Festival grounds?
In the event of an emergency, information and instructions will be announced on stages.
In a suspension of operations, guests are encouraged to seek shelter in The East Room of the City of Powell Municipal Building and in the gym at Village Academy School
In an evacuation, guests are required to leave Festival grounds.
In addition, First Aid Stations staffed by the Liberty Township Fire Department can be found in the Festival Marketplace.
What kinds of guest services are available on The Powell Festival grounds?
ATMs are available for guests’ convenience throughout The Powell Festival grounds.

What if the weather is bad on Saturday night (lightening, etc..)? Will the fireworks be shot another day?
Yes, the fireworks will be shot the following day (Sunday, June 26th at approximately 10pm)

I lost something at the the Powell Festival, whom do I contact to see if it has been found?
Lost items may be turned in to the Powell Police Department located at 47 Hall Street. Guests may complete a Lost Item Form (located at the Information Tent) so they may be contacted in the event that the item is later found. All items will be kept for one month (30 days) after the the Powell Festival. To inquire about lost items after the Powell Festival, call 614-885-5380.
